 is is a part of World Labyrinth Day (always the first Saturday of May)\, 
 when participants around the world join in this spiritual and contemplativ
 e practice to promote global and inner peace at 1 p.m. local time in ever
 y time zone. New to this ancient practice? Lisa Murphy\, a trained labyri
 nth facilitator\, will provide information on the background and purpose 
 of this spiritual discipline (as well as basic “how-to” instruction) 
 beginning at 12:45 p.m. The Rev. Claudia Giacoma\, who introduced this anc
 ient spiritual practice to St. Luke’s many years ago\, donated a canvas
  labyrinth that will be laid out in the Parish Hall so that our walk will 
 be indoors (and weatherproof). Those who have signed up for Fr. Martin Smi
