The Hope Alliance is a humanitarian organization that empowers impoverished people to create positive and sustainable change in the lives of their families and communities.
In the past, St. Luke’s parishioners have participated in several THA activities, including trips to Guatemala, local efforts at The People's Clinic in Park City, and Promise South Salt Lake Refugee Community. Also, several parishioners volunteered time at the THA office to prepare eyeglasses during the expeditions. Through these efforts, we provided improved vision for 3,500 adults and children.
Several future expeditions are in the planning stage, and we are looking for volunteers from St. Luke’s to participate.
