BEER AND BS

Our new season of Beer and BS began on September 10.  We meet every Wednesday at 4:00 PM in the Vestry Room.

We decided that, for the short term, we will take four or so weeks to examine the impact of the Roman Empire on the Christian Church.  

We also chose a book to study and discuss after we finish our Roman Empire study.  The group chose the book Nexus, which explores how information has been utilized throughout history, from the Stone Age to the present day.  The author of the book is Yuval Noah Harari.  Given the attention recent events have brought to the subject of social media, this should be an interesting topic.
