Return of the Spiritual Alphabet: Reading the Sacred in Everyday Life facilitated by Rev. Sandra

During Lent I facilitated a series of gatherings that explored various spiritual practices based on Frederic and Mary Ann Brussat’s course on Spiritual Literacy and how these practices could be incorporated into our daily lives. During the 5-week series we explored the spiritual practices of Listening, X-the Mystery, Vision, Devotion and You, and now the opportunity to continue this exploration is being offered during Advent and a bit beyond.

You do not have to have participated in the Lenten series to join us for this next series. Through handouts and discussions we will look at the spiritual practices that correspond to the sentiments of this season: Peace, Joy, Love, Wonder and Hope.  We will meet in the Vestry room between the two Sunday services at 9 am for about an hour on 12/3, 12/10 and 12/17 picking up the last two sessions after the New Year, 1/7 and 1/14.
