Revenue & Expenses

In the first quarter of 2025, St. Luke’s had a total net income of $105,915 versus a projected net income of $96,382. This positive result sets us up well for the rest of the year. 

We had revenues of $210,372 versus projected revenues of $219,812 for a revenue shortfall of ($9,440). The variance was due primarily to lower-than-projected pledge revenue and the timing of cell tower lease payments and non-pledge contributions.
