St. Luke's Church School takes place during the first half of the 10:30 worship service.  Children join their parents and guardians at the time in the service when the Peace is shared.

The educational programs at St. Luke's for children and teens work toward these goals:
1.  The creation of a warm and safe environment where children are free to explore their own spirituality as they learn that God is Love and following Jesus is a path into wisdom, empathy, compassion and  forgiveness.

2.  To teach children and young people that the Sacred often appears in ways we do not expect; in the form of those who are different, unpopular,  and/or poor. Respect and tolerance for "the least of these"  as well as for those who may not look and sound like us is a spiritual principle routinely stressed.

3.  To familiarize students with the most significant stories contained in the Bible and make connections with how the God revealed in Scripture is still present and active in our lives today.
