Fr Martin Smith is a retired priest living in Washington DC who is well-known throughout the Episcopal Church and beyond as a teacher, spiritual guide and retreat leader. He is the author of a number of widely read books on contemporary spirituality including Reconciliation, A Season for the Spirit, The Word is Very Near You, Compass and Stars, and Love Set Free.
