 MINDFULNESS TRAINING PROGRAM

Take a break from the busyness of life and join us for a four-week mindfulness series at St. Luke’s Church. These one-hour sessions will provide simple techniques to help you slow down, breathe, and find balance.

When: Sundays in June at 4:30 PM.  Where: St. Luke’s Church

Each session will focus on practical ways to cultivate mindfulness in everyday life. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, all are welcome.

Light refreshments will be provided after each session. We hope to see you there!
