As someone who grew up in the Episcopal Church, John has proudly served in various volunteer roles, including Acolyte, Processional Crucifer, Lay Reader, and Sunday school teacher. He and his family have had ties to St. Luke's since they started attending services in the mid-2000s. As a corporate attorney, John has served as a business and legal advisor to numerous nonprofits and other organizations, helping to drive key business objectives while also balancing legal risks. He is on the board of multiple nonprofits and has acted in similar capacities in the past. John hopes to leverage both his career experience and his personal background of overcoming significant physical disabilities to shape a future for St. Luke's that welcomes more people, of all ages, abilities, and other markers of identity, into our faith community.
