Dear Parish Family,

The Right Reverend Phyllis A. Spiegel has scheduled a deconsecration of the historic Old Town St. Luke's Chapel for Friday, December 19th at 10:00 a.m. This will be a time of thanksgiving, blessing, and prayerful worship and all are invited to attend. Transportation options are being explored by the vestry and more information will be forthcoming. 

We know that the timing is challenging due to the Christmas Holiday, winter weather, and so forth. The date and time were chosen to work with the Bishop's calendar, to occur after the last Eucharistic service on December 7th and before Christmas (and additional winter weather), and to happen during daylight for safety. Please know that you are invited to the full range of activities celebrating the chapel over the next two months and that my office is open to all who would like to converse about these happenings.
